Jun 22, 2005 6:55 PM looks like we gotta ride home to the family this year in west virginia leaving on the 28th out of boulder and picking us up in denver at the bus station... it is a used RV and a coupla hippy musicians, his girl plays bass, and he says he wants to fill the RV up with blankets and crystals and he might put a table and couch in it... sounds like it it will fit about 20- 25 people! it runs good and he says we can stop and play in little towns for gas, and we will all pull together our resources to see how much we can come up with before we leave. our concert at the mariner is tomorrow night and we should make a few $$. will keep u guys posted, love u Date: Fri,
17 Jun 2005 15:02:41 -0700 (PDT) just wanted to let all of u know that me and cliff had a galactic performance in manitou springs lasnight at 'the ancient mariner'. we brought the house down- and a piece of heaven down as well. our set was (completely spur of the moment, we were actually asked to play and i borrowed a death guy's guitar that was performing that night as well, it had a pick-up in it) 'mantra song' first (the whole 10 minutes!), 'forsaken', 'broken glass', 'freedom song', 'mary' (chloey), and then for the climax cliff did 'midnight sky' at the end. girls were yellin and people were totaly feelin our vibe, FINALY! after so many times of quiet, in shock-audiences, we had some tribe family there that really felt us. we also hooked up with a PHENOMINAL drummer that before i even met we shared a telepathic experience together. we all got #'s and and we handed out business cards... the only thing is i forgot to bring some cd's with us and we had SO many people asking us where they could buy it! but the guy running the stage came up to us afterwards and sat at our table for a while, just continually thanking us. he said he wants us back for sure next thursday. looks like we might end up buying some bus tickets to the gathering if anything else! we are still looking for a ride to west virginia. but everything works in divine time and if it is not to be it is not to be. i love u guys and will keep u posted on what spirit transpires for us.
